About Me.
Hi, I’m Yael Penn. I’m a fractional CMO and business strategist with a track record of helping companies break through the noise and grow with purpose. Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked across B2B, SaaS, finance, AI, publishing, and events, translating big ideas into real traction and measurable results.
In 2004, I founded
Imagine 360 Marketing
to deliver high-impact strategy for businesses that needed seasoned expertise without the commitment of a full-time hire. Since then, I co-founded
Hit Songs Deconstructed, scaled it into the leading source for hit songwriting analysis and trend insights, and most recently co-founded
ChartCipher, an AI-driven platform transforming song analytics for the music industry.
Earlier in my career, I served as Director of Marketing and Circulation at Dow Jones Financial Information Services, where I led strategy for more than 35 niche financial publications and oversaw the integration of 20+ products following key acquisitions, including the $85 million acquisition of the Alternative Investor Group.
